About these terms
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. The site is operated by Amneh Foundation for Education, based in Amman, Jordan.
What this website is
This is an informational website. It explains what the foundation does and lets you write to us. Nothing on it is a contract, an offer, or a promise of a scholarship.
Applying for a scholarship
Sending the form is an expression of interest. It does not create any obligation on us. Selection is at the foundation's sole discretion, and the criteria, the number of scholarships and the timing of each cycle may change from year to year.
We never charge a fee
Amneh does not charge anything to apply, at any stage. We will never ask you for a payment, for your bank details, or for your national ID number. If anyone contacts you claiming to represent Amneh and asks you for money, it is not us. Please tell us at info@amnehfoundation.org.
The information you give us
It must be accurate and it must be your own. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for withdrawing an application or a scholarship.
Intellectual property
The Amneh wordmark, the foundation's name in both languages, the text, the design of this site and the drawing of Amneh on the Her Story page belong to the foundation. You may read the site, quote briefly from it with attribution, and share links to it. You may not copy the site, reuse the wordmark, or reproduce the drawing or the family's account without our written permission.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. We try to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of error, and we may change or remove any part of it.
Links to other websites
Where we link to another website, we are not responsible for its content.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Jordanian law, the foundation is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or from reliance on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, and the courts of Amman have jurisdiction over any dispute.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
